Acceptance of these terms

By using truenorthchannel.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Informational purposes

Content on the Site — including service descriptions, the TrueNorth Diagnostic, insights, and any output from Rosa, our AI assistant — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, financial, investment, or legal advice, and no advisor-client relationship is formed by browsing the Site, submitting a form, or exchanging messages with Rosa. An advisory engagement begins only once TrueNorth and a client have agreed a scope in writing.

Rosa, the AI assistant

Rosa is an AI-powered assistant that can answer questions, hold a voice or text conversation, and help schedule a consultation. Responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not treat anything Rosa says as a binding commitment by TrueNorth, and please avoid sharing information you would not want processed by an AI system (see our Privacy Policy for how that data is handled).

Consultation requests and the Diagnostic

Submitting the consultation form or the Diagnostic intake is a request for us to get in touch — it does not obligate TrueNorth to accept an engagement, and it does not create one. Any resulting advisory work is governed by a separate, signed agreement between TrueNorth and the client.

Fees, payments and refunds

Engagement terms come first. The fees, payment schedule, cancellation terms and any refund entitlement for an advisory engagement are set out in the signed engagement letter or proposal between TrueNorth Channel Advisory and the client. Where that agreement says something different from this section, the signed agreement applies.

How you can pay. We accept bank transfer and card payments, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card payments are made through a secure payment link processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Currency. We invoice in UAE dirhams (AED) or US dollars (USD). If you pay in a different currency, Stripe or your card issuer may convert the amount and apply their own exchange rate or fees. Bank charges and currency conversion costs on your side are your responsibility.

Cancellation and refunds. Unless your engagement letter states otherwise:

The payment due on signature is non-refundable once the engagement letter has been signed. It reserves our time for your engagement and covers initial preparation.
If you cancel after signing, you will not owe the remaining balance, except where the work completed by the date we receive your written notice exceeds the amount already paid. In that case we will invoice for the difference.
If we are unable to deliver an engagement for reasons on our side, we will refund any amount paid for work not yet performed.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Questions about a payment. If you have a question about a charge or believe a payment is incorrect, please contact us at info@truenorthchannel.com before raising a dispute with your bank. We will respond within two business days.

Intellectual property

The Site's text, design, graphics, and the TrueNorth name and logo are the property of TrueNorth Channel Advisory unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party services (including LinkedIn and WhatsApp) for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.

No warranty

The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of inaccuracies.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueNorth Channel Advisory is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
